Sourdough Starter
Here are some of my favorite items for starting and maintaining a sourdough starter. I find the Weck jars to be perfectly wide mouthed for stirring and maintaining, and the rubber ring and clips will keep it sealed when it spends days/weeks/months in the fridge (as it should when not in daily use). The jar
